Kerim Pelister

Kerim Pelister is acknowledged as a pre-eminent corporate and finance lawyer who has acted in the largest mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, banking-finance and energy transactions in Turkey during his career at a top tier London based international law firm. Kerim advised the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority with respect to first drafting of the Renewable Energy Law. Before serving as a board member and general manager of three Lehman Brothers companies operating in Non-Performing Loans and corporate restructuring business Kerim worked in SNR Denton’s Istanbul office. At Lehman Brothers, Kerim was responsible for the collection of distressed debts acquired from local and international financial institutions amounting to more than USD 350 million where he had the opportunity to excel his legal skills in pragmatic and result oriented business solutions.
