Before joining our firm Emre Keki worked for a top tier Istanbul based law firm where he advised local and international clients as a member of banking & finance, mergers & acquisitions and real estate practice groups. Emre’s area of expertise includes corporate transactions (special focus on energy, mining and insurance sectors), development of real estate projects and project financing.
Beside being involved in several energy projects as a lawyer; Emre worked closely with the project development side in several renewable energy projects and has gained considerable expertise in the development of greenfield wind energy projects in Turkey.
Emre is bilingual in Turkish and German, and is also fluent in English.
