Emre Atayilmaz is a corporate lawyer. He also has key expertise on property/construction, energy / infrastructure and employment matters.
Emre’s experience in property / construction includes advising on development of residential and commercial projects, hotel management contracts as well as property leases. Also, with a special interest in renewable energy, he was involved in advising on the takeover of power plants and privatization of electricity distribution companies. His extensive experience in employment law includes drafting of all forms of employment documentation, and advising on restructurings and harmonization procedures in proposed mergers, spin-offs and business transfers
Emre worked for nine years as a senior associate in Istanbul office of SNR Denton where he was leading the real estate, energy and employment sectors. He is proficient in English. He also speaks German at an intermediate level.
