Seden Haskarabag is specialised in execution, bankruptcy and dispute resolution & litigation. Seden is co-heading PAE’s litigation and enforcement department together with Cafer Akbayram. During her distinguished career, she has worked for a number of renowned leasing, factoring and asset management companies where she put her result-driven and analytical legal skills into debt collection, enforcement of debts against businesses, restructuring and consolidation of debts and debt compliance as well as any resolution of debt-related disputes. Previously in her career, she led legal teams during due diligence exercises for non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios purchases of Lehman Brothers from various banks, by assessing if and to what extent distressed loan exposures can be recovered, collected or restructured. She additionally has a wealth of litigation experience at all court levels and is particularly specialised in bankruptcy and debt recovery proceedings.
