Cafer Akbayram is also specialized in execution, bankruptcy and litigation and he is co-heading PAE’s litigation and enforcement department together with Seden Haskarabag. Cafer started his legal career in 1994 and since then has worked for major financial institutions such as Egebank and Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) as legal counsel. Cafer continues to advise ING Bank and a number of asset management companies as legal counsel. With his comprehensive experience in debt restructuring, refinancing, disposal of distressed assets, due diligence and all forms of insolvency related litigation and dispute resolution, Cafer is an indispensable asset to PAE’s competence in complex corporate transactions.
